We are located in Amityville, Long Island, New York and are fully accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health.
We offer a state of the art program that focuses on the treatment of acute mental illness with a variety of treatment modalities. We provide individualized treatment using evidence-based psychotherapeutic and pharmacological interventions in a compassionate and confidential setting.
We treat age-specific psychiatric conditions ranging from Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
We also treat disorders of adolescents ranging from Autistic Disorder, ADHD, Disruptive Disorders and Comorbid Substance Abuse.
Our Geriatric Unit focuses on psychiatric issues in the elderly and Dementia.
Our treatment team prides itself on inclusiveness, which includes cultural sensitivity, LGBTQ acceptance and gender identity openness, religious accommodation and educational needs via individualized services.
We also provide the treatment of psychiatric conditions as well as medical co-morbidities which includes specialized diets and CPAP machines with onsite medical providers 24/7.
